About the role

The Conserje is responsible for keeping the institution’s facilities clean, orderly, and presentable for visitors and staff. This role ensures that all cleaning and minor maintenance activities are performed to a high standard, supporting the smooth operation of administrative offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of all institutional units, including offices, hallways, and public areas.
• Maintain an impeccable image of the premises for the general public.
• Manage and operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, and floor polishers.
• Monitor and control the use of cleaning supplies, ensuring efficient consumption.
• Provide support for minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or scheduled activities that require immediate attention.

Required profile

• Basic or secondary education completed.
• Previous experience working as a janitor or similar role.
• Excellent customer‑service attitude.
• Availability to cover emergencies or scheduled tasks.

Required skills

• Operation of cleaning equipment (pressure washer, vacuum cleaner, floor polisher).
• Basic knowledge of electricity, painting, plumbing, and drywall work.
