About the role
The Conserje (janitor) for Zone 11 will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and identifying improvement opportunities within the assigned areas of the company. The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and provides support to other departments as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and keep assigned company areas in optimal condition.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance facility upkeep.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and infrastructure.
- Assist other departments with basic maintenance support.
Required profile
- Basic or diversified secondary education (3rd level).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar cleaning/maintenance role.
- Good interpersonal relationships, proactive, dynamic and responsible attitude.
- Excellent personal presentation.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of plumbing.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Gardening and basic landscaping skills.
