Consultor técnico de CRM

About the role

NAS Guatemala is looking for a technically‑oriented CRM Consultant to join its technology consulting team. The role focuses on configuring, automating, and supporting CRM platforms for client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Configure CRM platforms and client processes.
• Parameterize flows, automations, and forms.
• Execute technical configurations based on defined requirements.
• Handle functional incident resolution.
• Support testing, validation, and system adjustments.
• Document configurations and implemented processes.

Required profile

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Technical or higher degree in Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong affinity for technology and desire to contribute to company development.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Team‑working capability, commitment, ethics, and responsibility.
