About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Transfer Pricing Consultant to join its tax team in Guatemala City. You will deepen your understanding of transfer pricing strategy, processes and methodologies while contributing to high‑quality client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen knowledge of transfer pricing strategies, services and methodologies.
• Draft technical documents and reports that meet Deloitte’s quality standards.
• Analyze financial statements and apply transfer pricing rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients.

Required profile

• Degree in Public Accounting, Auditing or Economics.
• 1‑2 years of experience in transfer pricing or financial analysis.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (essential).
• Statistical packages (desirable).
