About the role
We are looking for a motivated Accountant (general or junior level) to join our finance team in the Calzada San Juan office. The role involves handling the full accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, and supporting payroll processes.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Manage tax compliance, withholdings, and reporting to SAT.
- Process payroll, including interactions with IGSS and MINTRAB.
- Maintain accurate records using accounting software.
- Support day‑to‑day accounting operations and internal controls.
Required profile
- Closed curriculum in CPA (Pensum cerrado en CPA).
- Experience as a general or junior accountant.
- Availability to work onsite in Calzada San Juan.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Familiarity with SAT tools for tax filing.
What we offer
- Salary of Q7,500 (non‑negotiable).
- Indefinite contract with legal benefits.
- Work schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00, Saturday half‑day.
- On‑site parking.
