About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to ensure accurate accounting and financial control for the company. The role involves recording operations correctly, meeting tax obligations, and maintaining organized documentation to support management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and control bi‑weekly payroll.
• Record and manage accounts payable for supplies, services, and vendors.
• Request, validate, and control invoicing processes.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements.
• Control and settle petty‑cash transactions.
• Monitor tax obligations with SAT, IGSS and other taxes.
• Supervise compliance with fiscal payments.
• Organise and file accounting documentation for audits.

Required profile

• Closed‑track degree in Public Accounting and Auditing, or at least three years of university studies in the same field.
• Ability to handle multiple accounting processes simultaneously.
• Strong attention to documentation rigor and timely tax compliance.
• Capacity to work directly with management and provide precise responses.
• Adaptability to a dynamic operational environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Complete knowledge of the accounting cycle.
• Experience with fiscal compliance (SAT, IGSS).
• Financial statement preparation and analysis.

What we offer

• Salary range Q9,000 – Q10,000 per month.
• Full‑time onsite position in the Distritobodegas, Interconexión – Naranjo area.
• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, Saturday 7:00 am – 12:00 pm.
