About the role

The Spare Parts Warehouse Coordinator ensures that all spare parts, tools and technical components needed for industrial production lines (such as diapers, wet wipes and feminine products) are stored, controlled and available on time. The role is critical to support maintenance plans and to minimise production downtime caused by missing parts.

Key responsibilities

• Administer inventories of spare parts and related materials.
• Perform technical receipt of parts, verifying compliance with specifications.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and reorder points.
• Manage both physical inventories and the SAP inventory system.
• Conduct cyclic counts to guarantee inventory accuracy.
• Generate purchase requisitions for replenishment before reaching reorder thresholds.
• Coordinate material dispatch for maintenance activities.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma (diversificado).
• At least 3 years of experience supervising warehouses and inventories.
• Strong leadership, organisational and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• SAP (inventory module).
• Microsoft Excel – intermediate to advanced level.
