About the role

The company is seeking a Financial Digital Transformation Coordinator to lead the digitisation, automation and adoption of new technologies such as SAP, artificial intelligence and RPA within the finance function. Reporting directly to the President, the role will define the technology agenda, align business units and drive change management to improve closing, collections, payments, invoicing and budgeting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the digital transformation roadmap for finance, covering AI, RPA and advanced analytics.
• Identify, evaluate and lead the deployment of technologies that accelerate financial information generation and usage.
• Promote adoption of the corporate ERP system and eliminate parallel manual controls.
• Manage change initiatives across business units to ensure sustained technology adoption.
• Redesign core finance processes (closing, collections, payments, invoicing, budgeting) leveraging technology.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Auditing or related field; postgraduate studies in finance, management or digital transformation are a plus.
• 5+ years leading digital transformation, automation or finance process re‑engineering projects in consulting or industry, with ERP exposure.
• Proven experience implementing or championing SAP financial modules.
• Hands‑on experience with RPA tools (UiPath or Power Automate) and data‑analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL).
• Knowledge of change‑management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR) and process‑improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Agile).
• Advanced Excel skills and intermediate‑advanced English.
