About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join a well‑known client’s call‑center team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service through phone calls.
• Resolve queries and deliver clear, timely information.
• Follow up on requests and track ongoing issues.
• Maintain professional communication with all customers.
• Achieve the performance indicators and objectives set for the position.
• Guarantee a consistent, quality service experience.

Required profile

• Minimum English proficiency at B2 level (mandatory).
• Complete secondary education.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Strong orientation toward service and customer care.
• Immediate availability for full‑time work.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules that may change weekly, with two rotating days off per week.
