Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at ICN Guatemala. The position is based at our facility located at Kilometer 23.6, Carretera a El Salvador and requires the employee to work on‑site full time. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering prompt and accurate assistance while upholding our service standards. Strong communication in English and a keen eye for detail are essential to succeed in this fast‑moving environment. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience. The role offers the opportunity to develop professional communication skills in a multilingual setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries through the designated channels.
• Record and track each interaction to ensure proper follow‑up.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Required profile

• Availability to work on‑site at CAES (100 % on‑site).
• Advanced level of English (approximately 90 % proficiency) – both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
