Delivery Driver (Repartidor)

About the role

The company is looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to transport meat‑related products to customers across the city. The role involves timely deliveries, handling returned items, and ensuring customer satisfaction while operating a heavy‑vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily deliveries to assigned customers according to scheduled delivery windows.
• Receive and process dispatch sheets, reconcile invoices with billing and cash departments, and balance daily sales.
• Collect returned products from customers, obtain authorized credit notes, and manage pre‑settlement documentation.
• Maintain the assigned delivery vehicle in optimal condition and report any mechanical issues.
• Manage delivery baskets to prevent inventory discrepancies; handle any shortages through payroll deductions.

Required profile

• Secondary education (high school) or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in similar delivery or logistics roles.
• Ability to work under unpredictable weather conditions and handle safety risks.
• Comfort interacting with customers of varied personalities.
• Physical stamina for heavy‑work environments.

Required skills

• Heavy‑vehicle operation (license for heavy trucks required).
