DevOps Engineer – Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes (On‑site LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate secure and scalable Azure cloud platforms for our teams across Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia and Peru. The role requires hands‑on expertise in Azure, Terraform and Kubernetes and will involve close collaboration with Engineering, QA, Security and Architecture groups.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform IaC modules.
• Operate, monitor and support AKS/Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure releases.
• Automate build, deployment, testing, release and rollback processes.
• Implement monitoring, alerting and logging with Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement of reliability, performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or SRE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities in distributed systems.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work 100 % onsite at one of the listed locations.
