Digital Key Account Manager

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Digital Key Account Manager to drive the Digital Commerce agenda across Central America. You will translate regional strategy into customer‑specific growth plans, partner with cross‑functional teams, and own the execution of commercial initiatives for digital customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute growth plans for assigned digital commerce customers across Central America.
• Translate regional digital commerce priorities into actionable customer plans and lead business reviews.
• Partner with the CARICAM Digital Commerce team to define and implement Full Funnel Commerce and WCCE strategies.
• Monitor funnel performance, recommend optimisations, and ensure initiatives increase acquisition, conversion and loyalty.
• Track performance of digital customers and channels, turning insights into action plans that accelerate sales and profitability.
• Execute the Perfect Digital Store agenda, monitoring assortment, content, availability, visibility and value KPIs.
• Support commercial activation planning, promotional initiatives and measurement of results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital commerce, key account management or related sales functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer business reviews.
• Ability to work collaboratively across regional and functional teams.
