About the role

The institution seeks a strategic professional to lead its Integrated Risk Management System. The role reports to senior management and is responsible for overseeing risk across the entire organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead identification, evaluation, monitoring and mitigation of institutional risks.
• Manage operational, technological, cyber‑security, business continuity, compliance, reputational and third‑party risks.
• Coordinate risk matrices, controls, indicators and action plans.
• Prepare and present executive reports for senior management and risk committees.
• Follow up audit findings, regulatory assessments and mitigation plans.
• Promote a culture of risk awareness, control and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Audit, Legal and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Technical judgment and professional independence.
• Ability to translate risk analysis into actionable plans.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Organized, documentation‑focused and follow‑up oriented.
• Experience in regulated or high‑criticality environments.
• Proven ability to interact with committees, auditors, technical teams and senior management.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 31000 risk management framework.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 information security standard.
• Familiarity with COBIT governance framework.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM or CRISC (desired).
