Educador Clínico – Terapias Renales

About the role

We are looking for a committed Clinical Educator to support the adoption and proper use of renal therapy technologies for chronic kidney patients. The professional will train and provide technical assistance to medical and nursing staff in public and private health institutions across Guatemala.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions for physicians and nurses on chronic renal therapy technologies.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals and health centers in Guatemala City and other departments.
• Monitor and follow‑up on the correct implementation of the therapies introduced.
• Document activities and generate reports using digital tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a hospital or health‑care setting.
• Experience or specialization in Nephrology is a plus.
• Own a reliable vehicle and be available for nationwide travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
