About the role

The Event Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of experiences and events for Air Square and 1890 Bowling. This role focuses on acquiring new corporate, social and celebration clients, preparing quotations, and ensuring each event is executed flawlessly to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sale of experiences and events for Air Square and 1890 Bowling.
• Prospect and acquire new clients for corporate, social and celebration events.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
• Achieve established sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure proper execution of events and high customer satisfaction.
• Advise clients on available packages, promotions and experiences.

Required profile

• Degree or advanced studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in sales of services, experiences or events.
• Experience preparing quotations and negotiating with clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for commercial follow‑up.
• Background in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant or venue industries.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, organization, customer orientation and proactive attitude.
