About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our commercial team at La Aurora Airport. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with travelers, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced airport environment.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned commercial targets.
- Prospect and acquire new clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Conduct telemarketing and face‑to‑face sales activities.
- Approach potential customers directly at the airport.
- Handle daily cash closures and transaction reporting.
- Work rotating shifts to cover airport operating hours.
- Provide outstanding service to all customers.
Required profile
- Completed secondary education or university studies.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and customer service.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Required skills
- Excel (intermediate level)
