Ejecutivo (Jefe) Desarrollo Comercial

About the role

This position contributes to the definition, implementation and monitoring of the commercial strategy, analysing information, managing results and coordinating initiatives across the business areas. It ensures commercial plans are aligned with market needs, organisational objectives and identified opportunities across channels and segments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition and tracking of the commercial strategy and plan.
• Analyse results, volumes, indicators and trends to identify opportunities and deviations.
• Generate insights that facilitate commercial decision‑making.
• Establish and monitor tactical and strategic plans aimed at achieving objectives.
• Coordinate the implementation of commercial and market initiatives with the relevant areas.
• Act as liaison between Commercial, Marketing, Finance and support teams.
• Monitor the budget allocated to commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate communication and dissemination of plans, progress and results.
• Identify improvement opportunities in commercial management models and processes.
• Prioritise initiatives according to strategic objectives and business capabilities.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineer, Marketing degree or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge of Trade Marketing, high‑level follow‑up, cross‑functional management and operational processes at a director level.

Required skills

• Trade Marketing knowledge.
• Creation and monitoring of dashboards.
• Data handling, market research and information analysis.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Excel and Power BI.
