About the role

The Pet Sales Manager at Ganorsa will lead the growth of the pet product line in the assigned region. The role focuses on increasing sales, improving market positioning, and delivering high‑quality technical support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional activities for pet products within the assigned territory.
• Prepare daily, weekly, bi‑weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Train client staff on product usage and technical aspects.
• Represent the company at special events, municipal fairs, and field trials.
• Collect and forward customer complaints to the Sales Management team.
• Compile and present monthly sales performance reports for all brands and product formats.
• Support other sales representatives to boost overall sales.
• Execute direct, wholesale, and retail sales transactions and manage invoice collection.
• Authorize customer credit with approval from senior management.
• Apply products on‑site when required by clients and assist promoters in the field.

Required profile

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or Zootechnics (graduated).
