Enterprise Risk Management Consultant

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Senior Risk Management Consultant to lead enterprise risk and compliance initiatives across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to assess risk, support audit activities, analyze trends, and deliver executive‑level reporting and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist first‑line business partners in completing privacy impact assessments.
• Coordinate and execute audits with third‑party auditors.
• Manage multiple high‑priority projects with minimal supervision.
• Present risk reports to the Chief Risk Officer and senior leadership.
• Analyze data and trends, converting findings into executive summaries and dashboards.
• Coach and mentor junior team members as needed.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and enterprise risks.
• Support the development and enhancement of risk management processes and controls.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, or audit.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience presenting risk findings to executive leadership.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Expertise in creating executive summaries, dashboards, and reporting materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative experience across business units and leadership teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
