About the role

The Senior SEO and SEM Specialist will be responsible for optimizing the organic performance and content of the institution's websites across search engines. The role focuses on implementing effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve online positioning, domain authority, and the institution's digital reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize on‑page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content.
• Improve site speed and overall user experience to enhance search rankings.
• Design and manage link‑building campaigns to acquire high‑quality backlinks.
• Perform technical SEO audits, including URL structure, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and site redirects.
• Identify and resolve SEO incidents that affect traffic or rankings.
• Continuously monitor SEO performance and adjust tactics in response to algorithm updates.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver SEO projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related IT field.
• Currently enrolled in the fourth semester of a Master's program in Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
• Minimum 4 years of experience executing SEO projects in the banking sector or other industries.
• Proven experience using SEO analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Hands‑on knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website creation and optimization.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• English proficiency at B1 level.
