About the role

Novaforest, a Guatemalan agro‑forestry company, is seeking qualified technical professionals to join its operations across several locations in the Escuintla region. Candidates with experience or formal training in agricultural or industrial technical fields are invited to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, both preventive and corrective, on agricultural and forest equipment.
• Operate and service machinery such as tractors, harvesters, and motorized saws.
• Execute welding, hydraulic, and electromechanical tasks as required by daily operations.
• Support electrical installations and troubleshooting in industrial settings.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Formal education or proven experience in the specific technical area of interest.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Escuintla, Santa Lucia, Cotzumalguapa, Siquinalá or nearby areas.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Preferably prior experience in the agricultural or forestry sector.
