Facilities Generalist – Overnight Operations

About the role

IntouchCX is seeking a proactive Facilities Generalist to oversee overnight operations across its campus. The role ensures that all essential services—from reception and security to cleaning and waste management—run smoothly, supporting both internal teams and client partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.
• Maintain health and safety standards and develop emergency preparedness plans.
• Inspect designated floors to verify cleanliness and security compliance.
• Respond to emergencies or urgent issues promptly.
• Audit campus branding and implement signage updates.
• Support space renovations, procure furniture, and manage contractor work.
• Administer internal ticketing and site‑visit tools, flagging items for final approval.
• Upload contracts and purchase requests for signature.
• Handle transportation logistics for internal and external clients.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); post‑secondary education preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks with strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Proven leadership, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with facilities coordination, vendor management, and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with health & safety regulations and emergency response planning.
• Ability to use internal ticketing and site‑visit management tools.
