Financial Transformation Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Transformation Coordinator to lead the redesign of our finance processes and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the corporation. Reporting directly to the Presidency, you will drive digital change using SAP, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for the finance area’s digital transformation.
• Lead the redesign of core processes such as closing, collections, payments, invoicing, and budgeting.
• Promote adoption of the corporate ERP and eliminate parallel controls outside the system.
• Identify and implement new technologies (AI, automation) to accelerate financial information flow.
• Manage change initiatives with teams from various business units.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Auditing or a related field (post‑graduate studies in finance or management are a plus).
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial process re‑engineering, improvement, or consulting, with exposure to ERP systems.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP, preferably in the financial modules.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data analysis/automation tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (desired).
• Strategic mindset, results orientation, and strong communication and influencing abilities.
