Fund Operations Manager – Accounting Focus

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fund Operations Manager to own and streamline the operational processes of a fast‑growing investment fund platform. The role covers the full monthly NAV cycle, fund accounting, investor transactions, KYC/AML onboarding and coordination with external service providers. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and act as a trusted partner for investors and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end monthly NAV process, drive month‑end close, prepare and review NAVs, and reconcile positions and cash.
• Coordinate with fund administrators and external providers to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintain audit‑ready fund accounting records, performance data, returns, positions and expenses.
• Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and manage capital calls, distributions and fee calculations.
• Lead KYC/AML onboarding, keep an up‑to‑date investor register and serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries.
• Support new fund launches and liaise with external administrators and service providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fund operations, fund accounting or related investment‑management functions.
• Strong understanding of the NAV cycle, investor onboarding, KYC/AML compliance and capital activity.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Near‑native English proficiency (C2) and availability to work 9 am–5 pm U.S. Eastern Time.
