About the role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our Comprehensive Care Centers in Guatemala and the Petén region. The manager will ensure that patients receive high‑quality, timely services while optimizing resources and guiding multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of multiple care centers, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Optimize resource allocation, budgeting, and logistical planning across sites.
• Lead, coach, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve service objectives.
• Monitor and improve patient care processes to guarantee timely and appropriate treatment.
• Travel between locations as needed and represent the organization in external meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a master’s in Project Management or Health Administration.
• Proven experience managing projects or operations in international, socially‑focused organizations.
• Availability to work flexible hours, own transportation, and travel regularly.
• Fluent English communication skills.
