About the role

The Clinic Manager will lead the clinic’s clinical and administrative teams to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of patient care and operational efficiency. This position reports to the Board of Directors and ensures compliance with organizational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
• Guarantee achievement of sales goals and clinical quality standards.
• Oversee agendas, billing, month‑end closures, and inventory control.
• Track commercial indicators and customer‑service performance.
• Manage administrative processes in collaboration with HR, Accounting, and senior management.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment, bio‑security standards, and overall clinic operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Hospitality & Tourism, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience as a branch manager in dental clinics, hospitals, restaurants, hotels, pharmacies or clinical laboratories.
• Leadership of at least 15 multidisciplinary staff members.
• Proven experience in B2C customer service and sales, including objection handling and consultative selling.

• Base salary of Q 7,000 per month.
