About the role

PERSILUZ is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to transform its commercial management, build a high‑performance sales team and drive revenue growth in Guatemala City.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and align a team of commercial advisors.
• Design and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Apply prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, follow‑up and closing methodologies.
• Manage pipeline, forecast and commercial opportunities.
• Set and monitor individual and team KPIs.
• Provide disciplined follow‑up of leads, customers and quotations.
• Create improvement plans for under‑performing advisors.
• Deliver continuous coaching and training to the team.
• Accompany advisors in the field, participating in client visits, project assessments, negotiations and strategic closures.
• Visit key projects and clients to identify opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Use SAP, CRM and data analytics for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years of commercial experience and 3 years leading teams.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and developing teams.
• Strong leadership, discipline, analytical ability and results orientation.
• Willingness to work in the field, visit clients and follow projects.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between Q20,000 and Q30,000, based on experience.
