About the role
The Zone 16 Manager will lead the operational performance of a retail point of sale, ensuring high-quality customer service and achieving sales and profitability targets. This role combines personnel leadership, process implementation, and results‑driven management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at the point of sale, guaranteeing correct execution of processes.
- Manage and motivate store staff, fostering development and high performance.
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to improve efficiency.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address client needs promptly.
- Drive sales performance and maintain the profitability of the business unit.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing and motivating personnel.
- Strong focus on customer service and results orientation.
- Ability to implement and manage operational processes.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
