About the role
We are looking for a passionate hospitality leader to drive operational excellence at Hotel Villa Bokéh. The Resident Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day hotel operations, maintaining top‑level service and quality standards.
- Supervise and develop operational teams across reception, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure guest satisfaction at every point of contact.
- Manage budgets, operational KPIs and cost control.
- Act as the direct liaison between hotel operations and General Management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hotel operations management, preferably in boutique or luxury properties.
- Strong leadership, team‑management abilities and attention to detail.
- Deep knowledge of hotel performance indicators such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and operational costs.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Willingness to reside in Antigua Guatemala.
