Gerente Supply Chain Capabilities

About the role

BIA Foods is looking for a Supply Chain Capabilities Manager to lead the evolution and strengthening of regional supply‑chain capabilities. The role will design and implement transformation initiatives that make the supply chain more efficient, scalable and future‑ready across logistics, manufacturing and procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply‑chain transformation projects from analysis and design through implementation and value capture.
• Design and optimise the logistics network, including footprint, Cost‑to‑Serve, route‑to‑market models, transportation, warehousing and synergy opportunities.
• Drive evolution of processes, standards and best practices in logistics, manufacturing and procurement.
• Lead strategic procurement initiatives, supplier management and 3PL operator relationships.
• Develop business cases and Total Cost of Ownership analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Promote implementation of digital tools and AI solutions such as Control Towers, WMS, TMS and OMS.
• Manage multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across geographies.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate or master’s in supply chain or planning preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, leading transformation projects and network‑design studies.
• Strong knowledge of network design, transportation, distribution, last‑mile logistics, project/PMO management, strategic procurement and 3PL operations.
• Proven ability to build business cases and use technology to transform operations.
• Advanced English proficiency, high analytical capability and change‑leadership skills.
