About the role

We are looking for a motivated Quality Management Assistant to support our ISO 9001:2015 certification processes. The role is ideal for an engineering student who enjoys administrative tasks and has a keen interest in quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating ISO 9001 documentation.
• Support the preparation and execution of internal audits.
• Coordinate the creation and improvement of operational processes.
• Collaborate with the occupational health and safety team to ensure compliance.
• Prepare clear written reports and communications related to quality activities.

Required profile

• Current student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agro‑Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Enjoys performing administrative and procedural work.
• Ability to follow instructions and raise process improvements.
• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
