Head of Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Operations with strategic vision and execution capability, responsible for leading and scaling the company's regional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional operations strategy
• Lead distribution centers, warehouses and inventory management across countries
• Manage end‑to‑end import, export and international trade processes
• Direct the last‑mile delivery model and customer experience
• Drive automation, continuous improvement and operational transformation
• Build and lead high‑performance teams in multiple countries
• Establish management indicators (KPIs) and make data‑driven decisions

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operations in e‑commerce, logistics, supply chain, retail or fast‑moving consumer goods
• Ability to scale processes and build high‑performing teams
• Results‑oriented with a sense of urgency and decision‑making under pressure
• Analytical mindset and continuous‑improvement focus
