About the role

Our client, a U.S.-based research and strategy firm, is looking for a Healthcare Research Analyst to support in‑depth studies of hospitals and health systems across the United States. You will turn complex market data into clear, actionable insights that help clients improve patient outcomes and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end research projects focused on hospitals and health systems.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize healthcare market data.
• Collaborate with senior researchers to develop strategic recommendations.
• Monitor industry trends, policy updates, and system‑level changes.
• Produce client deliverables that are informative, visually engaging, and strategically aligned.

Required profile

• Background in medical scribing, transcription, billing/coding, or related healthcare documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Healthcare Administration, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and hospital operations.
