Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to ensure a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment experience for candidates worldwide. Working fully remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, guiding applicants through each step of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with candidates, keeping them informed and motivated throughout the selection process.
• Record and manage applicant data, including resumes, assessments, and interview feedback.
• Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and soft‑skill fit for both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Serve as the central point of contact during client interviews, ensuring clear information flow between all parties.
• Provide detailed candidate summaries to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of candidate information.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
