About the role
Join our team as an Implementation Consultant and lead the onboarding and implementation process for new PEO clients. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth transition, delivering client training, configuring solutions, and driving an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end client implementations.
- Train and support clients during onboarding.
- Troubleshoot implementation and system issues.
- Configure client accounts and employee data.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Sales, and Client Relations teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience with US payroll.
- Strong client‑facing experience.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- English level B2+ (required).
- Spanish proficiency (required).
