Implementation Manager – Revenue Cycle (Dermatology & Plastic Surgery)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and integration of new dermatology and plastic surgery practices. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for revenue cycle management, ensuring a smooth transition from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of new practices, including system setup, workflow design, and go‑live support.
• Oversee all revenue‑cycle functions: charge capture, CPT/ICD‑10 coding, claims submission, denials management, A/R follow‑up, and patient billing.
• Partner with internal Billing, Coding, Business Intelligence, Training, and Operations teams to guarantee successful onboarding.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to payer setup, credentialing, authorizations, and billing workflows.
• Configure and maintain billing systems such as ProCollect, EMR platforms, and clearinghouses.
• Document standardized implementation processes and provide post‑go‑live performance monitoring.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding phase.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of dermatology and/or plastic surgery billing (highly preferred).
• Proven track record managing implementations, onboarding, or process transitions.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
