Industrial Catering Associate

About the role

Join a dynamic team that supports the catering operations of airports and airlines across the Caribbean and Latin America. As an Industrial Catering Associate you will work on the shop floor, in the kitchen and in the hygiene area, ensuring that every passenger experience is backed by high‑quality food service and spotless facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑of‑house customer service, promote sales and operate the cash register.
• Assist the chef with food preparation, garnishing, beverage service and proper handling of raw materials.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, kitchen stations and kiosk spaces, including dishwashing, waste collection and chemical use.
• Support kiosk operations by preparing hot beverages, rotating products and promoting items.
• Follow BPMS procedures for order taking, inventory control and service reporting.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and lifting supplies.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for cash handling and record keeping.
