Instock Manager

About the role

Pacifiko is looking for an Instock Manager to ensure optimal product availability across its e‑commerce platform. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Guatemala and focuses on demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, analyze sales trends and coordinate purchase orders to prevent stockouts and overstocks.
• Track key performance indicators, identify process improvements and implement best practices to boost inventory efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with operations, merchandising and finance teams to align inventory decisions with business goals and growth targets.

Required profile

• Strong experience in inventory management, demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Proficiency in data analysis using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Experience working with suppliers, logistics and operations teams to manage lead times and delivery schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in e‑commerce, retail or FMCG environments is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency advantageous.
