About the role
Responsible for supporting ocean import operations by managing pre‑alerts, maintaining accurate and timely shipment milestones through daily track and trace, coordinating customs clearance documentation, and supporting the dispatch and pickup process.
Key responsibilities
- Determine operational ownership and review assigned shipment.
- Maintain shipment milestones and perform track & trace.
- Review pre‑alert documentation and coordinate customs clearance.
- Support dispatch and pickup coordination.
- Manage pickup bookings and release documentation.
Required profile
- B2 high English level.
- Ocean import and international logistics knowledge.
- Understanding of import documentation, customs clearance, and shipment milestones.
- Ability to manage changing shipment information and daily operational priorities.
