IT Buyer – Global Procurement

About the role

Join PepsiCo's CARICAM Procurement team as an IT Buyer, supporting the negotiation of technology services and the company's growing digital agenda. This development role focuses on sourcing, negotiation and building commercial solutions with suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing & negotiation support for IT services, supplier evaluations and commercial negotiations.
• Partner with IT, Digital and business teams to translate needs into sourcing solutions.
• Follow‑up on suppliers, contracts, renewals and key procurement milestones.
• Use data and market insights to support decisions while learning emerging technologies such as cloud, automation and AI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Internship, academic project or early‑career experience involving negotiation, supplier interaction or business problem‑solving.
• Exposure to procurement, sourcing or technology‑related projects is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency and intermediate‑advanced Excel skills; basic Power BI knowledge.
