About the role

The Agency Manager will lead the full operation of the agency, ensuring compliance with administrative, operational and service processes while driving commercial growth. The role focuses on building high‑performance teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily agency operations and guarantee adherence to established processes.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the portfolio of financial products.
• Manage credit placement, client acquisition and portfolio administration.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• Proven leadership experience managing work teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, credit placement and portfolio management.
