About the role

We are looking for a passionate Hot Kitchen Chef to lead and supervise our hot‑cooking operations. The role is based at our Guatemala location, supporting airport and airline catering services across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the hot kitchen, ensuring food quality, safety and timely service.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, schedule shifts and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to guarantee availability of ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain hygiene standards and compliance with local food regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus for Sky Dining and Airport Dining concepts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hot‑cooking environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced setting.
• Commitment to high standards of quality and customer focus.
