Jefe de Logística CEDIS

About the role

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for the full operational performance of the CEDIS (distribution center). This role leads strategic areas such as imports, reception, storage, inventory, order preparation and dispatch to routes, ensuring high quality, precision and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transversal operations of the distribution center, linking every step from import arrival to final dispatch.
• Analyze operational data to produce strategic insights, anticipate seasonality, volume peaks and productivity opportunities.
• Design and implement action plans that optimise processes and strengthen operational efficiency.
• Administer the centre’s budget, covering materials, supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure the logistics function acts as the engine for a retail network of seven chains, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong initiative, problem‑solving ability and high analytical capacity.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP or INFOR.
• Preferred: MBA or Master in Projects, logistics or commercial experience, retail business understanding and intermediate‑to‑advanced English.
