About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing and Brand to drive the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that boost brand positioning, sales growth and customer experience. This leader will align all marketing activities with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with commercial goals.
• Analyze market trends, competition and consumer behavior to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop and supervise advertising and promotional campaigns across traditional and digital media.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource use and a strong ROI.
• Define, monitor and analyze KPI’s, proposing continuous improvement actions.
• Lead market research, surveys and trend analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Strengthen brand positioning and recognition through targeted initiatives.
• Oversee internal and external communication channels, including social media and digital platforms.
• Represent the company publicly with media and other stakeholders when required.
• Drive customer loyalty by integrating organizational values into marketing programs.
• Coordinate and supervise the marketing team (Coordinator and Trade Marketing/Design specialist).
• Collaborate with commercial and operations areas to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or Coordinator role.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising or a related field.
• Preferred MBA, Master’s in Marketing or Commercial Management.
• Proven experience in strategic marketing planning, branding, campaign management, trade marketing, market analysis, budget control, KPI tracking, business intelligence, customer experience and e‑commerce.
