About the role

The Internal Audit Leader will guide a team of auditors in executing the annual internal audit plan, ensuring high‑quality audit processes and effective follow‑up on findings.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany and support auditors during fieldwork and audit execution.
• Lead the audit team to deliver timely, accurate audit reports and recommendations.
• Draft audit comments, document issues, and communicate findings to management.
• Interact with various departments to gather necessary information.
• Review and resolve challenges faced by auditors and propose improvements.
• Validate the implementation of action plans and assess their impact on internal controls.
• Conduct periodic control evaluations and testing.
• Ensure completion of audits on schedule and prepare reports for corporate management.

Required profile

• University degree in Auditing or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in internal audit.
• At least 3 years of experience in external audit.
• Proven team‑leadership and execution capabilities.
• Experience with audits based on transactional database analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
• Knowledge of COSO and NIEPAI audit frameworks.
• Understanding of fiscal regulations and international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and GAAP.
