About the role

The Agroindustrial Credit Leader is responsible for identifying, evaluating, managing and mitigating credit risks linked to projects and companies operating in the agro‑industrial sector. The role combines technical analysis of industry drivers with advisory support to commercial teams and credit delegations throughout the credit lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze agro‑industrial projects for financial, technical and regulatory viability.
• Conduct field visits to assess production processes and produce technical reports.
• Develop market studies to support case analysis and risk assessment.
• Provide expert advice on physical risk management and credit risk mitigation for the bank.
• Assist in valuing the agro‑industrial client portfolio and assign appropriate risk categories.

Required profile

• Degree in Agronomy Engineering.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical and administrative experience in the agro‑industrial sector, with solid accounting and financial knowledge.
• Strong understanding of credit risk administration, agricultural credit products and statistical analysis.
• Dynamic, results‑oriented mindset with strategic and innovative vision.
