Loyalty Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Loyalty Operations Specialist to support the setup, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns for leading restaurant brands. Working closely with Loyalty Managers, you will ensure campaigns are data‑driven, flawlessly executed, and aligned with each brand’s loyalty and guest engagement goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Loyalty Managers with campaign setup, segment building, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary loyalty point of contact for 2‑5 brands, providing advisory support.
• Lead client meetings, offering strategic guidance and actionable insights.
• Manage end‑to‑end setup, testing, and deployment of loyalty campaigns across email, push, rich messages, and SMS.
• Troubleshoot loyalty program issues and coordinate with internal support teams.
• Dedicate 1‑2 hours weekly to industry learning (webinars, articles, etc.).
• Create and maintain documentation for the department library.
• Support operational efficiency through administrative tasks and process documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• 2+ years of customer‑facing experience in roles such as Loyalty Specialist, Marketing Specialist, QA Specialist, Implementations Specialist, Customer Success Specialist, or Technical Support.
• Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide basic recommendations.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively with a larger team.

Required skills

• Experience with email platforms: Braze, Sendgrid, Infobip, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with loyalty platforms: Paytronix, Punchh, Spendgo, Thanx, Sparkfly, Incentivio.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Zendesk, Asana, Notion.
