Marketing & Communication Content Creator (Communications Analyst)

About the role

The Marketing & Communication Content Creator will drive our social media and digital communication strategy across Guatemala and El Salvador. Working closely with the global communications team, you will create engaging content, manage editorial calendars, and use data insights to boost our digital share of voice.

Key responsibilities

• Implement communication strategies on social media channels and the company website.
• Support global roll‑outs and post regional content as needed.
• Create and maintain a social media calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Design and launch social media campaigns targeting specific audiences.
• Gather campaign data, funnel insights, and optimize future advertising efforts.
• Collaborate with advertising agencies and internal stakeholders to refine strategies.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Engage with audiences promptly and grow follower counts steadily.
• Conduct weekly competitor analysis and report findings.
• Lead regional content strategy, ensuring brand consistency while adapting messaging for local markets.
• Oversee editorial calendars for both countries, providing feedback and ensuring timely publication.
• Monitor metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth) and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Train local contributors on best practices for content creation and optimization.
