Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to lead the strategy and communication of assigned projects. You will design and execute campaigns, events, and initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, increase visitor traffic, and support commercial objectives while delivering a differentiated customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and launch campaigns, events, activations, promotions and related activities aligned with project goals.
• Design and coordinate ATL, BTL and OTL media plans, ensuring optimal budget use.
• Manage actions that improve client experience and reinforce brand loyalty.
• Forecast traffic, leads and sales using data analysis and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with agencies, influencers, suppliers and strategic partners.
• Oversee budgets, reporting and KPI tracking for projects and campaigns.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, meeting timelines and deliverables.
• Present results and insights to stakeholders through executive reports and data storytelling.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing roles; 3 years in project management or account management is a plus.
• Experience planning and executing campaigns, events and communication strategies.
• Knowledge of market research and result analysis.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Own vehicle and availability to travel within the metropolitan area.

Required skills

• Project management tools: Asana, Trello, Jira.
• Digital advertising platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads (certifications desirable).
• Microsoft Office suite.
